And I'm capable of running games such as, Left 4 Dead (2) with most settings at high without severe lag.

Most of the threads I've seen just say intel family, and l4d2 runs on source, which is a 9 year old engine with a few tweaks. Either way good luck to you!

For that youtube video i did find at last some modded drivers:

Last one is most interesting? Big Grin

Edit: No any testers?
Edit: GLDirect - emulates OpenGL via Direct3D(?).

Thanks for the effort Xanthe, I've had a look at the first 4 links but they won't work for my card version.
And I've tested the remaining links but they do not work, titaniumGL causes the game to crash when I open it however, closer than the others. xP

There's a good chance they'll work for people with older graphics cards though. I think it's probably rare to find some form of mod for Intel HD Graphics since they're 'supposed' to work for most things <.<

But thanks for the contribution guys.

I bet you any amount of money they work >.>
I'm wondering if these can actually replace our Intel chips, if so I'd seriously consider buying one rather than buying a whole new laptop.

Edit: Nevermind they can't replace our chips.

It appears as though Intel has updated their drivers, however I haven't had any luck with Amnesia.
Nor having 3.0 Open GL Support like it claims to have added in the driver.

If you could all update your drivers and have a go and let me know if you manage to succeed I'd greatly appreciate it.

I installed the newest Intel drivers and there is no change for me. The game starts fine but the screen goes black.

I am still waiting to get a response from Intel since I "escalated" my support request about a week ago,

Really? I removed my Acer Intel i3 2310m HD Graphics 3000 drivers from the device manager and then installed the latest from Intel and it works like a charm!

Check out my custom stories(1)(2)!
