Ok so I'm playing.
See's awesome so far.
But I'm stuck with the 3 levers and the windy lever.
I put the broken one in but no idea what to do :/

All three levers need to be pulled down in the allotted time. The crank is for another puzzle.

Here's a hint, rather than the answer; The crank outside the small room is the last one to be turned.

I didn't know what it done.
Wasn't sure if it unlocked the door downstairs or upstairs so I was back and forth and couldn't get it

You were to crank the three levers in the small room, then the last one outside the room.

You'll know they're turned all the way if they lock into place and can't be moved, else they reset on the last crank.
