[split] Custom story not working

I have a problem. Currently Im a beta tester for Anxt's custom story "Abduction Ch.2". I have to climb a ladder at a point, the screen goes black and "Loading" appears then my game crashes. This is what the error looks like:

Don't really do support for custom stories. Check the hpl.log for any clues and/or contact the person making the custom story.
