No, jump at the red thing (shadow bugger-like thing) and then to the other bed. That's the only way. The red thing won't hurt you like it normally does.

Off Topic-ish: Heh, it's kinda funny. This was my first installment of my map. All you did was go through a series of maps with monsters chasing you at all times. Nice to see someone went through with it.
