HELP after steam room

Hi guys,

I'm able to pass the steam room...the one with the grid on the floor and after??????
The upper door is blocked and the shaft dont' go in any place....

and i cannot go all back just because also the refinery door it's closed now.....
can somebody help me???!!!

Just interact with a vent panel at the end of the vent shaft, do not try and smash it open.

I see a different panel similar to the other to smash....but this one doesnt break....bug maybe?i've tried to reload but nothing

just click on vent panel at the end of the shaft with out any equipment (the panel won't break)
