Stuck without bolt cutters

I exploited a bug earlier in the game where you use the generator plug to push the mining machine through the wall. I think because of this I ended up without the bolt cutters. Now I'm stuck at the brick wall after the refinery with no way to loose the mine cart to smash the wall. Is there a way to edit my save game to give myself just the tools I missed? I'm using the steam version of Penumbra Overture.

It's in the Tool Storage, just through some halls. You don't have to go back.
