Solved: 8 Years, 1 Month, 3 Weeks ago Ok, now what?

I sound pretty stupid, but I've just purchased Amnesia: the Dark Descent off the Frictional Games store, now should the game be downloading or something? Because after I confirmed it nothing happened. So can I please have a straight forward answer?
I have a Mac iOS by the way

An order number should have been sent to your e-mail. You take that order number, then go to http://www.shelf.frictionalgames.com and enter the info. Then, you should be downloading the game.
