RE: Music for custom stories
I really like it, just the drum/kick sound in the background makes it sound too much like a regular song; and songs in Amnesia are all about setting ambient noise.

RE: Music for custom stories
This reminds me of the music from the original Doom (great game Big Grin)
I can't really see this fitting into Amnesia though, but it could work if executed correctly.

RE: Music for custom stories
I agree that the first one isn't atmospheric enough for Amnesia, I did enjoy it, however.

The second one was much more suitable, maybe add some fx or other sounds on top of it?

The third just seemed like random notes and didn't really impact me.

And the last one is similar to the first, it's good but the percussion ruins it. (it could be a final boss intro to Zelda)

I make music for custom stories
PM me if you're interested.

The last one is made especially for the monster chasing tune..
Don't you think the percussion adds tension?

Imagine being chased by a grunt while this is playing!

How did you make this? You used some composing program?

You know if there is a program that can turn the melodies you have in your head into music using only the computer and the keyboard?
