no really, only very expensive ones. You should have a dedicated graphics card.
i saw a video on the internet like 2 weeks ago, and that guy took the video card out of the motherboard(g41m-es2l, i have that one too) and that is an integrated videocard. i dont 100% trust it
but maybe its possible
