Best graphics settings

Hello, I've been playing Amnesia for about 2 hours and have tweaked the graphics settings as much as I know how but still am getting some framerate issues. There are so very many options for graphics modification, would someone mind telling me the best graphics settings to get a clear framerate while still keeping as much of the graphical richness as possible for this compy:

What resolution are you running at? As you graphics device only has 256mb that is going to be one of the main limiting factors.

Using medium settings (selected in the Launcher) is probably a good starting point. Then you should probably tweak by either lowering the resolution or lower (possibly turn off) SSAO samples (in advanced graphics). Possibly both.

If you get some framerate issues after this, it is probably due to the water. So when ingame, go to graphics and turn off world reflection.

If you still feel the framerate is a bit uneven, then try lowering the quality and detail of the shadows.
