Level Editor Crash

Hello I am having a level editor crash whenever I click on the items tab in the entities.

LevelEditor.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module MSVCP71.dll at 001B:7C3A4F6C,
std::basic_string<char,std::char_traits<char>,std::allocator<char>>:: Growl()+0018 byte(s)

Help please!!

I've tried reinstalling the editor, to no avail.

RE: Level Editor Crash

A custom entity might cause the crash.
In any case, please delete the folders Thumbnails and Thumb under Documents/HPL2

I can only find Thumbnails folder, no Thumb... But I'll try deleting the Thumbnail folder atleast.

:3 I deleted the ENTIRE HPL2 folder in My Documents and it did not work. As you said, it could of been a custom entity in items. I deleted the items folder, verified the integrity of game cache, and then it worked. Thanks Smile
