Bug in Cistern control room, need save file

In Cistern control room, there are three chains with weights in position. But in the other room where i shall position the weights as in the first room there are only two chains with weights.
The third chain is going over the ceiling and trapped in the wall.
So if someone has a save file after that puzzle i would be very grateful.
As it is now i cannot continue game.
