Order Number Wont Work! Help! (JENS TAKE A LOOK PLEASE)

I recently bought both Penumbra and Amnesia. I checked the order receipt, copied down the Oreder Number and clicked the download link. Then it asks me to enter my email and Order Number. I enter both of them and it keeps saying No Such Purchase. I've tried over and over again and it still wont let me do anything. What's wrong???

Should be fixed now, the order system had some hiccup in the middle of the night (our time)!
