I bought Amnesia from Steam Recently and when I press Launch on the game the computer freezes and I have to get Windows Task Manager up, which tells me the game is not responding, and close the game. It all says my drivers are up to date and that my computer is compatiable with the game but it just wont play. Can I get a Refund for this game if it won't work?

That you'll have to ask from Steam's customer service.
1. What operating system do you have? Also 32-bit or 64-bit?
2. Is it a laptop or a desktop? If a laptop, what model?
3. Attach me here the file HPL.log found under Documents\Amnesia\Main folder.

HI I'm using windows xp,
the computer is a Dell desktop dimension 5000
I think i've attatched the file, i'm not that computer savvy!
