Frictional Games Forum (read-only) - Profile being deleted

im still having issues with my profile being deleted ive reinstalled the game and nothing is working any thing else that i can try to fix this issue i want to be scared out of my mind Sad

maybe if you calling Forum admin via pm ?
anyways what kind of problem is it steam or amnesia or the forum

Sounds like a permission problem, try running the game as an administrator and/or go to My Documents/ and delete the whole Amnesia folder and see if it helps when the game tries to create the folders again.

I do not have a amnesia folder in my documents and how would i go about running the game as administrator i have my current account going on as administrator. im running on XP.

I still need help with my issue if someone could help me with this issue i would greatly appreciate it

You do not need to be an administrator at windows xp. Just run the game normally and start a new game. Then exit. Go to My Documents\Amnesia\Main folder. If this folder is there then there is no problem at all.

Is the game from the FG store or from Steam?

well thats the thing im do not have that folder in my documents file
