Exception access violation on launch every time. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling without results. I noticed that other people with this problem are posting and hpl.log file, but I don't know what this file is or how to access it.
1. What operating system do you have? Also 32-bit or 64-bit?
2. Is it a laptop or a desktop? If a laptop, what model?
3. Attach me here the file HPL.log found under Documents\Amnesia\Main folder.
Yes, I have checked the thread and I've updated my driver, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and a friend helped me to understand the hpl.log file, which is at the bottom.

I have Windows 7, 32-bit. I have a laptop, an Acer Aspire One.

Right now you have no graphics card drivers installed, that's why that happens. What laptop do you have exactly, what model?
Sorry, I have the D255. Hm. I thought I had actually updated a previous driver. Is there a specific driver I need?
what model exactly? Exact model is required
