The 'casual" vs. whatever distinction makes me laugh, I was playing games before there was a functional internet to rate them on, and back them we just went by what we liked, on console and PC..imagine that. If you approach it like that you find that there are both small, and big titles that are decent, there is talent in both indie developers, and in large companies..as well as absolute garbage from both. The problem with gaming today isn't so much the 'casual' player, as it is big, bloated budgets for churning out the same old drivel...it's much like Hollywood, huge financial resources, not enough creativity..but there are still good Hollywood movies.

PS Googloplex, cool someone is working on Gothic3 stuff, even with the community patches I think the biggest problem with the game was the god awful combat..in Gothic2 the combat was simple but effective, if you were good at it it actually mattered and you could actually gain some extra advancement, Gothic3 was so funky in that department, and unlike 1 and 2 your skill doesn't matter so much.
If you play browser based games, VirtualOGame is one of the best! I really like it.

http://www.VirtualOGame.com
lol you play Ogame's ripp off.
He's probably a bot. He made this acc on here with the name virtualOGame to advertise for a game called virtualOGame. He's either a bot or someone advertising his/her game.
I just liked how the game he is advertising is a ripp off of another game called Ogame. But this is not any kind of ripp off! They stole all the artwork from the original as well!
1. Thief: the Dark Project / Thief: the Metal Age / Thief: Deadly Shadows

2. Half-Life / Half-Life 2

3. Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl / Stalker: Clear Sky / Stalker: Call of Pripyat

4. Metro 2033 / Metro: the Last Light

5. The Elder Scrolls: Morrowind / The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion / The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim

6. Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth

7. Clive Barker's Undying

8. Call of Duty / Call of Duty: United Offensive / Call of Duty 2

As for Amnesia: the Dark Descent I would better wait for a Machine for Pigs release. Bad impression of a sequel could easily screw up good impression of the original game. At least it works that way for me personally. But I really hope everything will be even better then I can imagine.
Baby Puncher 3: EA Executive Edition.
Crash Bandicoot series (Only the Playstation 1 series)
