Hello everyone!

I have previously made a guide for creating your first model in Maya. With this guide I want to go a little more in depth looking at texturing/UV mapping.

I have therefore creating a video tutorial where I display some of the things to be mindful of while texturing/UV mapping as well as some small tips and tricks. It lacks structure but perhaps people could find bits and pieces of information which might be useful for them.

If you want to have a look at the model, or perhaps follow the guide through Maya - here's the link to it:

I'm Swedish so my English isn't the best. Smile

I just noticed that I wasn't able to "Full-screen" it. Worst case scenario I'll have to re-render and reupload it.

Any questions or comments are welcome.

Enjoy!
Do you have any advice for advanced UV mapping like the monster I believe you made for Library of Alexandria (Great custom story, by the way Smile )
Thank you, I'll check it out Big Grin
