Hello everyone!
I have a problem concerning the main cistern room (with rooms leading to cistern, control room, etc.). I'm trying to lower the remaining bridge to open to the morgue, however the bridge remains higher than it should. The lever controlling the bridge to the cistern also doesn't work, keeping the bridge lowered when it should be drawn. I've been trying to hit the third bridge's chains, but nothing works.
My operating system is Windows 7 on a toshiba laptop and I bought the game through Steam.

there is nothing wrong with your game. You are just not doing the puzzle correctly. Check your momentous, they usually help.

But I've done all the puzzles though! What am I missing? My memento simply says "Repair the machine powering the eastern bridge."

it's not the part with the chain that holds the bridge I think...

Anywhere else with two bridges? It's been one year since I played Amnesia last time

Me too!

He is near the machine room I think that you also have to drain the sewers etc... This bridge you are talking about is in the sewers as far as I remember.

I actually solved this earlier! Now I feel like a complete idiot. But thanks for the advice.

Does not matter, actually.

Works on both: on the bridge that chained by a risty chain and on the bridge that being controlled by the levers in main cistern.
