I have the left joystick for moving (i.e. forward, back, left and right) and the right joystick for looking around (i.e. head rotation). On the lower left of the Profiler you can set Axis Assignments for the joystick of choice. This will allow you to assign a keystroke to either Axis Left, Axis Right, Axis Forward or Axis Backward for the joystick. I have W,A,S,D assigned to these axes. For the other joystick just left-click on the menu for that joystick and click on "Axis Properties..." This will allow you to assign mouse movement to the joystick axes. You can then later adjust mouse sensitivity in game if it feels too slow.

FYI, Xpadder isn't free like Logitech Profiler.
cheer for the info ill try to assign mouse movement now
I just got one of these controllers as well, and I just can't seem to get it to work :/ I have it set to the apply to games automatically and I've applied controls, but it's not taking. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, is there something I could be forgetting? (I may be a gamer, but this girl is baaaddd with technology xD )

Help would be appreicated ; D
playing amnesia with a controller would be super win
joy2key is a free alternative to xpadder, and also has all mouse/keyboard assignment function dealamabobbers.
I have a microsoft xbox360 usb controller. I was wondering if anyone knows how I might set it up so I can use that with Amnesia.
Can you clarify a little bit of your problem?
