The first one is fine for the game and cheap. Always prefer nvidia for OpenGL games like the FG ones.
Yes, the first one is a good choice.
But the GeForce GTX 520 is a low-end graphics card.
You will be able to play the game, but it may couldn't be an experience in high quality.
The second number is important, it's a "2". So a GeForce GTX 460 is better than a GTX 520, because of a 6 instead of a 2.
The first number only is the generation of GPU, the second number is the performance class.
But I'm sure the game will work with good FPS, when you disable anti-aliasing, SSAO-Samples and quality and Shadow-quality.
The most challenging setting are the SSAO-Samples. It needs very much performance!

Install latest driver from nvidia and try the game.

true, the game doesnt need a powerful CPU anyways
get at least a 5770+ or a 440+
Ironically enough... I am also looking for a computer to build Tongue

I'll be a gentleman and not hijack this thread though.
So I should go with the first one?
How much would the 460 graphics card be? How much of a difference would it make, compared to the 520?

Enormous. The 520 has 46 cores when the 460 has 336 cores. So really it is: 7.5 times better.
I have found this page useful when comparing graphic cards/CPUs:

Okay. So would it be worth it to get a cheaper computer and buy the 460 separate? I have a friend who could install it for me, I'm sure. How much would the graphics card be, approximately, and where would I be able to find it?
