just a unimpressive pic of a cellar area in IHM

You could make it more impressive by adding some decals (static and non-static).
dirt_floor01 is a good one for placing under boxes and items that haven't been moved recently and places that are hard to clean. The moist_wall decals also look really good on cellar walls - if you don't mind mouldy walls.

Other than that, the angle of the screenshot is pretty good and most of your detailing is nice c:

Yeah agree doesn't look very realistic. Should be more blue-greenish than blue-purplish but its looks awesome good work.

Looks nice! I'd suggest not adding 'rays' but billboards at the windows to the left. The 'difference' in light from the outside to the interior might call for it. :]

How about one spotlight coming from outside? rgba .2 .2 .4 .5
And any other source of light removed.

Here's something from the custom story I'm currently working on, The Waking World.

It's very great.
You might want to add a darker brown pointlight at every streetlight, because it looks a li'l weird that they just end there, in the middle. Though, very great. I like it.

It's very clean though. Maybe some trashcans, decals, cans and other stuff lying around.
