that looks a lot better that new room, i would say try adding a fainter pointlight to fill in where its super dark. it looks a tad unrealistic because light just doesn't end so suddenly between another light.

Thanks for all the feedback guys , about the light, there is actually two layers of lamps, that I made to create that light effect(I like the idea of a contrast between light and dark, that why there is that really dark areas, but maybe its too dark, idk)
Contrast is lovely - just in moderation (HighContrast, and LowContrast both look good depending on the setting)
If you're heading for realism, I would recommend giving the shadows more light :)

Lighting on the second looks awkward, I like the green of the lamp against the orange, and the lighting in the first looks a bit awkward too.. lotta dark spots near lamps.
