You should probably add a few point lights near the candles.
Do you know how many pointlights I already have in there?
Too bright, needs more contrast between the lit and the non lit areas.

Looks way better, I like it.
Introducing contrast to an area doesn't have to be "have x amount of lights on here, here and here", it can also be done with the color or type of light sources. Having a nice large blue window with all of those reddish/orangish candles would look good as well. Granted, there are many time where introducing an element like that wouldn't make sense, but it's just something to keep in mind.

Yes I know. I'll have to delete that blur.

No, really. The blur's quite a nice touch. Not the ImageTrail, that blows my mind. This RadialBlur is quite good. If you use it properly.
