For example.

Yeah, and that's part of why the outside is represented by one bright plane. Someone else recommended the same halo treatment, I'll give that a try, thanks.

You also need welders on the walls, as the castlebase walls have visible seams in between them. The window also looks really dim for giving out that much light, you could try and make the ledge and the windows brighter a little. Also, though the centre middle third is well detailed, this is in stark contrast to the rest of the room which seems very barren in comparison - try and have a bit more detail around the room, as the only other remotely detailed area is the shelf.

The carpets however, do add a nice touch to the room - a slight shift from the grays and dark blues to reds which is a good accent.

Looks good for the most part! I think the roof is a bit empty however, you might want to add some decoration, beams, cobwebs ( I can see one in the very corner ) or something up there. You could also try and add a bit more detail to the windows. A spider's web spun over one, perhaps. I'd also think adding a bit more light/dark contrast by slightly increasing the light from the windows and increasing the alpha as the area seems quite a dusty one.

Not certain, as the landscape is hard to see from here, but it seems just like dirtpiles, you could add some trees/rocks on them, stuff like that.
There is stuff in the background but its kinda hard to tell ><
I'll have to make it more apparent.
I'll add more to it very shortly, the pic is mainly to show what i've done so far in mapping.
Thanks ^^
I made this map to test those seethrough windows and to see what I can do with them (those blue/yellow paper ones get tiring after awhile).

I like the lighting in that picture. Smile

I like it, though you should add some trees or other shit outside the windows, because the "hill" things look bland and pale... Smile

Exclamation Note that this is still a WIP and there's a few other things that I didn't manage to do right now, and I'll post another picture when it's all done but is there anything that I can improve as from what's shown here already?

Also here's what else is on the list
  • put billboards
  • finish detailing
  • fix lighting

There's also a hole in the ceiling, blood dec. and other decals but they're not visible in this pic.
Made this in an Hour (nearly 2.5 hours)
