Some of the reason I have the level fog, 1: It gives the night-time feel 2: It kinda covers some stuff from outside the playarea like railway bridges clipping into the skydrome and distant buildings that are not in the boxlight (make make the boxlight smaller and split into 2) but the lack of the level fog kinda gives it a more apoplectic look even through it looks like it's in daytime.

What yous guys think?
To level fog or not to level fog?

Hmm if you want this mod to be a part of AMFP Then yes you should keep it.

Besides fog makes everything better and spooky, example sometimes at night time you see this greyish fog which is my most fav weather of all time, it gives that feeling that's it's gonna rain or something.

I always use fog in every map I make, makes it better all the time Wink

Don't rush and Goodluck!
Any suggestions to make it better?

I am trying to focus more on realistic lighting and contrast. This is not a corridor to look at tho, it's more of a chase scene corridor tbh!

Newsman: Don't use fog if you have a skybox. Those two do not work together.
Find some other way to hide stuff. And if you want to simulate night time, make the boxlight darker, and play more with spot and pointlights around fires, streetlights and such.

I don't have a skybox, it's the skydome static object from MFP.
EDIT: I made the boxlight darker, It works well!
Badcat, if I were you I'd make the light a bit less bright but I'd make the light radius bigger, so it's more uniform.
Alright so, I took some of the suggestions into consideration and this is the result, I changed the windows and fiddled with the chandelier lighting. I also changed the carpet, (Did not look right without one).
So id like to know how they look now.

Could you send me the map in a PM? I could record a video as I change some things around :] Which could serve as 'feedback' of sorts.

I think that it does look better than the previous images you posted, but there's still something off.
There's way too much blue in my opinion. If I were you, I'd make the light color value more neutral, with just a touch of blue (kind of like a 0.3, 0.3, 0.35-0.4)
I'm with Acies that sounds like it would be really helpful.

I should put up some screenies of an old map I have done major rework on...

Opinions I say Opinions!

I really like the designs, especially the floor. One thing is kinda off though: torches standing everywhere, somehow... out of the blue
