Full Version: Activate Area?

Hey guys, I was just wondering if there was any way to make and AREA activate on item pick up.

E.g. Walk into room, pick up key(wich activates my last problem[Spawning a pile of bodies]), then walk out of SAME Doorway but this time with the Area ACTIVE so that when player collides, it forces him/her to look at the bodies that have just been activated.
Make the area unactive in the lvl editor. Then use

SetEntityActive("nameofscriptarea", true);
Oh my bad, i didn't realize that Areas were still considered as Entities. My bad
Or you can make the area so it only triggers when leaving the room Smile like when you go in to the room it wont trigger but when you are going to leave the room it triggers and make you look at the bodies Smile
