HELP!!!
I Just Purchased Penumbra:Collection, and i installed it completely and went to run Penumbra:Overture, and the screen turned black, followed by the Prompt stating that My video card does not support Vertex Shaders. Im currently running on windows 7 home x64, and my graphic card is ATI Raedon 3200 HD. I have updated my driver and it wont fix the issue. I was reading something about changing the Extension Limit, but i'm not sure how to alter that in CCC. HELP?!?!?!
Is it a laptop or a desktop? Install the free Amnesia demo and attach me here the file HPL.log found under Documents\Amnesia\Demo folder.
Plutomaniac, he just said that its the 3200 HD. It would be the 3200M in laptops right?
not always, who knows. No harm to ask...
This is the HPL.log for Penumbra Overture. I'm Running with ATI Raedon 3200 HD Video Card. PLEASE HELP!!
No, I need the one from the Amnesia demo. Can you do that?
Ok, i believe this is the correct file. Even when i go to run the Demo, it crashes, then a little window pops up and says that it crashed.
You have no drivers installed. Do a clean installation and try again. Go to question 3: http://www.frictionalgames.com/forum/thread-11183.html

This Solved my issue with the Driver. I saw that my other games (minecraft) was not reading OpenGL, so i installed the new beta fix for ATI Catalyst Control Center, and it corrected my drivers and all the games work. Big Grin thanks for the other tip tho i will keep it in mind if i have other issues with it.
