The thought just came to me, but is the Water Horror an undead or not? We don't really get enough to explain what it is.

The thing that confused me is that near the end of that area it went from a tiny fish to a giant monster so go figure lol

The tiny one was the juvenile and the big one was the adult I guess. I pictured them, if one could see them, as horrific looking mermaid (instead of normal fish like qualities, replace them with deep sea angler fish qualities).
What I was waiting for was, in the section with a stuffed dog, for it to suddenly turn into the Penumbra Dog and chase you
