Hey guys, this is a new custom mod I am making. It is more of a modern day kinda thing , instead of back in 1700's.

Story:
You are Police Officer Alex, sent to hunt and imprison Vincent Valtori, a well known scientist. He created Laudanum, the mysterious substance that instantly heals wounds. But one day, his parents were murdered. He made a promise to kill and torture everyone until he found his parent's killer. It wasn't until he kidnapped and tortured 7 men before his plot was discovered, then he just completely disappeared of the face of the Earth. Recently he was seen in Highland Village, brutally killing his parent's murderer, Estroth. He was last seen running into Highland Forest with a tortured minion he calls "Suitors". Chase after Vincent through the forest and many different settings.

Full conversions are more professional, and in case you didn't know. Without the full conversion I wouldn't be able to change the sound of the lantern, so if this was just a custom story, then the flashlight would sound like a lantern. That is just unacceptable.

Kman runs on a Mac that has the Amnesia.app in a separate directory. He has MANY issues trying to load a FC, therefore, he's mad =\ But yes, FC are fun =]

Flashlight/Lantern are just excuses to go with bad lighting!

Um...considering how in one part of the mod YOU ARE IN A FOREST AT NIGHT!!! I really think the flashlight would come in handy.

Although I can't really play full conversions easily, that's not really why I said that (and you of all people should know statyk >_>). I'm saying it because recently an insane ammount of people have been making their custom stories full conversions for absolutely pointless reasons. The flashlight was made for white night, yet for some reason now every person and their mother feels the need to use it. Second, making your custom story a full conversion by NO MEANS makes your custom story any better. In fact, i've seen custom stories that are way better then a lot of full conversions. You can make a terrible custom story and still have it be a full conversion. Also the whole point of full conversions has seem to be lost as of late. It's so that you can change a large ammount of things in amnesia for the benefit of their story, and for some reason that defenition has changed to throwing in a flashlight and a new menu. If making it a full conversion doesn't benefit your story in any other way then those two things, then it's pointless. Now i'm not saying ALL full conversions are bad, take example sciophobia. That story is changing a TON of things because it makes sense to the story and make the over all experience better. Not just some small little things that will make little to no difference.

Well now that I have that rant that's been gathering in me for the last month, I think imma go eat a sammich.
