You have capitalized "Maps" in the .cfg. Change that to "maps/" and it should work

He means the "custom_story_setting.cfg" There's a directory that leads the game to the folder that the map(s) are located in. What is the name of the folder holding the maps?

Okay this is my custom story folder..
So far, without testing... problem 1) The .hps and .map have different names. 2) You have no directory in the custom_story_settings.cfg. Let me tweak it around and I'll be right back
You also did not have a "void Onstart()" in your hps
