And a commentary track would be great, but if it's not top of your list of priorities you could do what Frictional did and offer it as a bonus if enough pre-orders are placed.
Now until early 2013 - Game Development
Early 2013 - Game Releases
Can't really give anything more away than that I'm afraid!
Wesley said something was brewing!! One of you is lying to me!
By brewing something I meant we are making a great game.
Zaffre
But man, you are the one who brought it here.
Not sure if this was discussed yet, and I'm not about to spend an hour sifting through 270 pages to see if it does. But will AMFP be available on Steam on release day? Hope I can get a response!
Thanks guys, keep up the awesome work =]
When AMFP comes out, I'm not buying it on Steam. Steam gives only a fraction of the profits to Frictional Games, taking most of the money for themselves. I'm buying it from the Frictional Store, most likely.
Quick Edit: I might get it on Steam, actually. I have most of my games there.
Since chinese room is making it, doesn't at least a portion of profits also go towards them?
Not sure that some people understand what The Chinese Room is doing. I'm mostly sure that they're working in collaboration; The Chinese Room is not making it singly.
I have this strange feeling that there will be a demo for A Machine For Pigs around halloween; I say that because of the fact that The Dark Descent had a demo, but it's also good way to give us a little taste of the things to come which would be shitting ourselves.
I don't know about a demo, but a video or at least some new screenshots or concept art will do for me.
Yeah I'm hoping for a good scary video, maybe with a bit more of a tease of the monster. Maybe some story background. Buzzing for this game!
