Oh btw Hi everyone. Love Amnesia, Love Dear Esther and gold potato holder from the Valve Portal 2 ARG.
LETS CRACK THIS!
I think you're on to something here...

my computer. That way, when we have the font, we can see the differences
between the original and the ones in the file. At least it's definitely
a serif font, I'm pretty good at distinguishing those : D
Also, small detail, apart from the dots next to an f, c i and o, the P seems to miss a part from it's "leg".
I put a couple of letters together (I think this is right)
C and I
F and O
I and C
thats all Ive got so far.

Personally, I think it's the m, since the serif part looks a little shorter compared to the n, but I can't say for certain, that's why I want to find the font and compare it.
Also, if this is correct, and the curved line next to the c fits the "o" (as Archernick has said before), and we'd paste the letters together, we'd get either "com" or "con".
Im thinking it makes a non word password, just a jumble of letters that arent connected to form a word.
The f also looks like it could be a fragment of the letter h...but I don't think they'd make it that tricky.

Shouldn't they be the same since it's the identical letter?
Top has 4 pixels for it's dot,
the one below it has 2....
I've noticed it too. I actually think there might be two words in it that has been cut apart from each other. It would explain the half dot of the i and the missing "leg" of the p. It might be a different font, but the i's otherwise seem identical. Not too mention the g does. But I do suspect the letters might be different sizes.
I think, we need to wait for more of this image... there is obviously more, the question is, what now?
Maybe we need to unscramble the letters on the left, then on the right? Why are they spread out like that? I looked up abbreviations for fpc and one of them is for a compliance program.

The file is locked. I tried it with "

I know we are trying to solve it.
