Looks like there was a bug for me there, cuz it didn't really seem to accept my mail address...Ah but who cares. I prefer to support 'em with my money anyway!
I didn't see the text either, but I did see the number 0 above the email text box, which I assume was just a typo/code glitch and it was supposed to display the text instead (like the 4 4). I agree with you, though. Even though I'm happy I got to be "special", I was actually very much looking forward to supporting FG/TCR with money when the game comes out.

Well, he still is, sort of... You just have to see it in the context of the time the game takes place in. Saving starving orphans by letting them work in his factory in exchange for food is pretty good - guy behaviour! (Of course there's probably going to be some sort of dark twist to it...)
You're right... ok, I made up my mind - I'm intrigued.
Oh my god... can't believe I missed this whole cryptic letter enigma. Been staying off the forums for a couple days at a time as slow as it's been, so there's something substantial to read. Kicking myself for missing all this now...
That letter is pretty uninteresting, until the very last sentence, "They will, I assure you sir, make the most wonderful additions to your product line." Referencing well-fed orphans as "additions to [a] product line" is pretty damn disturbing in a game that has to do with a machine for slaughtering pigs. First thing I'm thinking is that there might be some connection between the child-like humanoids we can see in the teasers and the orphans referenced in this letter. Could be wishful thinking though.

Just curious: Anyone else got the message box about a free copy?
EDIT: Argh, sorta got ninja'd
I entered my address too and just got a zero and received no email response. If I somehow missed out on a free copy I'm gonna have to start punching random children.

Nothing. The text and type-in box just disappeared and that was it.
Same happened to me.
I wonder whether that was a bug and everyone's emails registered, or just one person was supposed to get the free copy - Jens, we need some answers here!
Where do you submit your email?

I had the same thing happen to me too.
