i bought this new game right,i install it then i figured out it didnt work...i tryed the link in the blackbox thing.i looked at every thing and tryed every thing it didnt do a DAMN THING! i try upgrading my Intel® G33/G31 Express chipset family...no updates available it says.....
i try every thing i try upgrading to radeon ATI X1000 nothing happen....i also try nVidia GeForce 6 video card .................nothing!so do you see why i need urgent help IM GOING INSAINE!!!please help me.I own Inspiron . 5305 and a DELL monitor.i already updated the patch for game ... dont tell me 2X bye.
also the black box error code is: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module <UNKNOWN> at 001B:00000000
You bought 2 other graphics cards to make this game work? Or just updating those drivers for those cards?

Attach the hpl.log from Documents/Amnesia/Main.

You can't update for video cards you don't have. And like Your Computer said, post us your hpl.log in My Documents/Amnesia/Main/

Intel Bear Lake B is like a code name for your graphics card. If audio were the only issue, you'd be able to run the game.
