By far the best thing I've played in all of Amnesia is White Night. It's better than the main game to me in every way, and I think it kind of spoiled me when it comes to finding new custom stories to play...
but does anyone know of any more great ones like that?
Nepsis, Deterioration (though this one isn't heavy in the scare department if that's what you're looking for), Followed By Death, Black Forrest Castle, Solid Sacrifice, The Machine, Isle (just naming a few, don't want to go overboard and make some crazy long list...)
The Attic chapter 1 is very scary! It will explode your heart^^
The "House of Creep"-series are very funny and scary,too

you should try "Nepsis",too. Ive never played(but i will), but some people says that it is scary^^
