I might've missed something, or not though hard enough about it, but what are those big piles of grey bags, that Philip thinks/hopes are just Mining slag piles or something.

My only idea was the dead, cocooned spiders, or the egg sacs.

If you know what they are, please explain Smile
Maybe, maybe... But it's mine, so it would be very normal to think that they have some mining stuff inside of them.
I'm new to this, but I don't think it really matters--at least not so far! I haven't ben able to do anything with them at any rate.
I had a look at some bags and examined them, and it said something about them being bags filled with cement, so that might be what they are. Doesn't really explain where there's so many all over the place in awkward positions and groups...

I don't really think that Developers have thinked: "Hmm... How many bags of cement we'll have to put in this place?"
ya, i got the impression they were just scenery. early on in the game, they are given various inspection labels sometimes, but later on they are just there. none of them seem to be really interactive, so i guess it's pretty much safe to ignore them...
yeah, I never thought a thing about them. it'd be funny if that was the KEY to solving everything Smile , well, maybe not that funny.
Easy. The mine was converted into a
