It has nothing to do with script ...
Use the modeleditor ...open the grunt.ent ... and change under user defined variables ( not sure ... sitting at university ... cant take a look ) ... there you will find the movement speed ... change it ... and save it under a new grunt.ent !

Well like stonecutter said is one way or you could just make him sprint for the spawn with the script
ShowEnemyPlayerPosition("Name of the monster");
ShowEnemyPlayerPosition("Name of the monster");

Be careful not to speed it up too much, though, because it appears it will start running through both the player and walls then.
