Every freakin time I try to import a custom billboard to my in-development custom story, this happens.

I tried importing my custom billboard from another map and that black box error greeted me again.
I also tried importing custom billboards from another map from another custom story's billboards folder and nothing happened, it worked fine.
But whenever I try importing my own billboards from any custom story map I didn't make, it crashes.
Is there any way to fix this?
