I wanna know how to make a note like you pick up a piece of paper and the message comes up.

go to entity>item>note_generic then click on the notes entity box go down to note text put in say note1

and than put this in your .lang file

</CATEGORY>
<CATEGORY Name="Journal">
<Entry Name="Note_note1_Name">TITLE HERE</Entry>
<Entry Name="Note_note1_Text">MESSAGE HERE</Entry>
</CATEGORY>

and thats all

my notes are blank for some reason.

make sure youre notetext name in the level editor is the same in the .lang file
