Does Black Plague show anything really new for the players? Except the one infected-guy with flashlight?

Well, in that spoiler video I think there was some kind of monster thing behind the door, right after the guy leaves the vent.

You see something pass by between 3:20 - 3:30. It could just be a glare though..

You guys mean that thing where they say like "Something passed by there" or something? You see a head on the other side of a door? I really think that looked like that zombie.
