It looks really good so far, keep up the good work!
And take your time, don't rush it just because people are not patient.

Pretty funny though I'm not sure that was the intended effect. It's very well done on a technical level and has a cool cartoony look to it but it's totally unrealistic IMO and not menacing at all. Seriously, how is that huge square mace thing even attached to his arm? Attaching a 5 kg synthetic arm to a stump is one thing, but attaching a 50 kg mace is another entirely. I don't see how he could even use it as a weapon unless he has ridiculously strong shoulders, plus it would invariably fall of if it took even a little punishment (unless it's magically inseparable from his arm). Still well done.

He'll be up once finished, the modeling is done and we're currently getting him animated.

Case in point: Place your dominant arm in front of you, place a heavy book on it (bonus points if it is a stack of books) and lower it 45 degrees moving only your hand so that the books do not fall. Now try and raise the stack of books by using only your shoulder muscles (hint: it's impossible). Even if you defy physics and somehow manage to do it, you certainly cannot do it with ten times the amount of books and by using muscles that you have not used for years (depending on when his arm was severed).(05-18-2012, 06:11 PM)Robosprog Wrote: [ -> ]I was just going to say he works out a lot.
