Defintally it was better than first 1
In
*Combat System
*Story
*RPG like Upgrades
*Vehicle Handling
*Monster Variety
*Weapons
Except 1 disadvantage was IT WASNT CHALLANGING (I beat it on Hard and then on Insane mode easily)
But the graphics were a lot better (like mor Proto type)

Games like that are garbage of modern times.

Yes it is a good time waster game (more for RPG and gore type and also free roam)
Best bit is u can use helicopters and tanks
Try first one then 2 one more for better story and better combat system...

Let's go down the list of just how little you should care:
1. He's a stranger that you've never met.
2. You're guessing at what he thought.
