It goes in then it comes alive and opens it's mouth showing it's huge razor sharp teeth then tunnels through the body and eats the flesh of the woman/man who uses it until they are completely gone.

There would not only be people to use it, but those who'd use it pregnant. And there would not only be people who'd use it while pregnant, but men who'd attempt to do so -- I am one of these men.

I was thinking more like the rock worm tunnels in and dies, leaving the eggs inside to hatch and the babies eat through their mothers flesh and feed on the corpse of the dead human.

Plushies would be great and they should ship with Premium Edition so that the new players could cuddle with them in between game sessions to drop some tension. I could totally do with one right now - looking at grunts dancing to Michael Jackson on youtube no longer helps.
