The one program that works great for recording is Fraps, there's a trial you can download at fraps.com

Bandicam is great. It has a much more negligible drop in framerate compared to other recording programs. Recently I have been recording Hitman 2 videos if you want to see the quality (it's recorded at half size and with youtube compression of course):

Thank you, tho i recall seeing band cam and it being rather to complex or not working with amnesia...

Here, sorry for the delay. I'm a dumbass so I just spent 20 minutes trying to fix what I thought was an audio problem when I didn't notice that the default player changed from VLC to Windows Media Player which just sucks and has no built in codecs. So here is proof that it works fine with Amnesia, with sound and all. The framerate is a bit low but I don't have a monster PC and I don't record to a separate HD like you should when recording.
