Hmm, yeah. But it's kind of ass-a-holic to do that.
Not really imo, it's okay to ask for donation, i mean, you did use a lot of time on it, and donating is a way for people to show that they really, i mean REALLY appreciated it.

Actually if they just repackaged the original Amnesia or misled people into thinking it would be a total conversion mod and just released some crappy CS I'm pretty sure they could get sued for false advertisement or bait-and-switching even though no purchases were made.

Certainly, but I think he meant that ONLY showing a picture of a grunt without one's own content.
