Frictional Games Forum (read-only)

Hello Guys!

Im having the following problem:

Amnesia is lagging like hell. I dont get it. I tested it with CanYouRunIt, and it told me that it will work.
I already updated all my drivers, checked graphic settings. Nothing changes it.

Here are my pc specs:

MS Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit SP1
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+
2,0 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 6600 GT

I'd suggest you to turn of Aero from Windows as well as re-checking the settings (mostly SSAO), while waiting for plutomaniac or any other tech geek to arrive.

First of all Can You Run it is not authorized by Frictional Games so you can not rely on that. Secondly, your graphics card can barely run the game and so lagging is normal. Try updating the drivers but most probably it will not make a difference.
