Trying to remember which CS i played that had a section with transparent grating as the floor with red lights underneath... can anyone help me out?

The first two that come to mind would be Tenebris Lake and White Night. Both have something similar to what you are describing. I don't know if there are others, though.

Ah yes Tenebris Lake. I thought it was that but looked througha few maps in level editor and didn't see it. I found it. Thank you.
