2 Questions,

1: Is it possible to remove a square piece of the floor or the roof so that i can get through my hatch?

2: All script areas are box like. is it possible to make shapes like triangles or other shapes?
(of course it can be solved by making several box like areas.)

1. You'll need to either create your own roof, or use several primitive planes.

2. Depends on how you want to emulate a script area, but script areas will always be a box (unless you want to reverse engineer the game).
