So I have Amnesia for Windows XP. Is there anyway I can install custom stories? I don't know what to do and I've looked all over the internet but they only show for Linux and Mac. I need to know how to install custom stories for Windows XP.

Most custom stories you just extract to the custom_stories folder. If that doesn't work, then the custom story may have its own instructions.
BTW, most tutorials for installing custom stories are based on Windows.

It's normally in C:\Program Files\Amnesia - The Dark Descent\redist.
